Saturday November 22nd 9am-10:30am Extreme Body Burn Class with Kim This class will be a combination of step,kickboxing,bands and weights for a total body workout. Can be adjusted to any level. This class will be posted on a week to week basis as Kim is not available every Saturday.
Ab Class/ Want a strong core and flat abs? This class will take you thru a wide variety of exercises to help you reach that goal. As with all our classes this class is adjusted to all levels.
Strength and Tone/ I use freeweights, machines and your own bodyweight to strengthen and tone your entire body. I alternate between upper and lower body in these classes. Get the benefit of a personal trainer without the cost.If you're ready to make that change, then I'm here to help you. I will warn you, I usually give you a week to get familiarized with the class, then I don't show you any mercy! These classes are only 1/2 hour, so time cannot be you excuse anymore!
Total Body Burn/Interval training/Try this high energy class without the high impact. Beat the boredom of the treadmill with fun class with easy to follow moves. As with all our classes this is great for any level. This class incorporates step,weights and bands for a total body workout
Pilates/Yoga Combo/This mixed class combines basic yoga and pilates moves to help with balance, breathing and strengthening all in a relaxing atmosphere.
