Class Descriptions
Ab Class/ Want a strong core and flat abs? This class will take you thru a wide variety of exercises to help you reach that goal. As with all our classes this class is adjusted to all levels.
Butts and Guts/ This class will focus on the areas womens most often complaint about...Tightening and toning there bottoms and stomach area.
Total Body Burn/Interval training/Try this high energy class without the high impact. Beat the boredom of the treadmill with fun class with easy to follow moves. As with all our classes this is great for any level. This class incorporates step,weights and bands for a total body workout
Pilates/Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.
Bootcamp/This class using weights, your own bodyweight, and bands. Tone up,tighten up and lose weight in this class you"ll love to hate!
Grab Bag/This class will change weekly to include Cardio Kickboxing,Step,Cardio Burn and more.
HardCore Conditioning/Back to basics class using old school lifts to push you to the limit.Build strenghth and crazy endurance in this class. Find your inner beast!!

The truth is you're never too old to improve flexibility.Yoga poses called asanas work by safely stretching your muscles. This releases the lactic acid that builds up with muscle use and causes stiffness, tension, pain, and fatigue. In addition, yoga increases the range of motion in joints. It may also increase lubrication in the joints. The outcome is a sense of ease and fluidity throughout your body.
